Doing the math

Someone from Wyndford Primary wrote to ask: I am 11 years old, how many minutes have I been born?

You know how I hate math - even simple math. So I turned this over to our trusty triga for a reply.

"on the minute of their birthday, they will have been 347,133,600 minutes old, with 86,400 minutes for each day, and 3,600 for each hour thereafter :-)
