Someone wrote to ask: Can an old 1999 Print Shop program work on Windows Vista?
I very much doubt it will work. In fact, the one of the biggest stumbling blocks in implementing Windows Vista at this time is that the vast majority of software providers have not yet provided updated versions that will work with Vista. One of the hospitals that was a beta tester for Vista never installed it on all of their computers because it was incompatible with their billing and patient records software.
Windows Vista seems universally disliked. The local computer store, in fact, suggests that if you buy a new computer with Vista - your first act should be to remove it and install Windows XP!
