Days of the week

There are two ways to figure this out - depending on whether you are trying to impress your friends by doing it in your head, or you just want to know for some reason.

If you're trying to impress, here's a method to figure out the day of the week for any day back to 1583 A.D.. That oughta wow them down at the Honky Tonk.

Me, I'm lazy, I checked Virtual Perpetual Calendar for the appropriate year and the answer is (tada!) April 15th, 1937 was a THURSDAY.
