Barack Obama's Campaign Manager

At first blush, I thought this was sure to be an easy one - quickly answered with a visit to Barak Obama's Official Website. Well, if that information is available there, I sure cannot find it. There is a great deal of info there though.

My next effort was to use several search engines and scan news stories. According to various news sources, Barak Obama has two co-chairmen, one of them being Jessie Jackson, Jr. and the other General Merrill McPeak who is mentioned as co-chairman and military advisor. This didn't quite sound right either.

Even The Wikipedia entry for Barak Obama's presidential campaign is not very helpful. They list David Plouffe as the campaign manager, along with a long list of consultants and other campaign positions.

However, one thing Barak Obama's campaign has really emphasized, is being present on the Internet - particularily on the ever pervasive social sites such as MySpace, Facebook, Twitter and others. There is a complete list at the bottom right column of this page.

Since I happen to be on Twitter anyway I've sent a direct message to Mr. Obama on Twitter asking him your question. We shall see if he replies...
