Steve and me - November 15th For fans of the Crocodile Hunter - Steve Irwin - still grieving his loss, the good news is that his widow Terri Irwin has written a book about her life with Steve. The release date is November 15th, this year. The title is Steve and Me; Life with the Crocodile Hunter, and I just found it for sale at Amazon.com, so there must be some early releases being made.
