One of Pearl's great loves in life is paper. She loves paper. Mostly she loves to shred paper. The greatest happiness is to find the humans have tossed an entire Sunday paper onto the floor for her shredding pleasure. Much frantic activity ensues. Hours later Pearl can be found just like this - sitting eyes closed, purring, in the midst of shredded paper chaos. She tells me it is a wonderful stress reliever, good exercize, and very zen.
